Huawei sub-brand Honor’s President Zhao Ming has confirmed on Weibo that the Honor V30 will come with 5G support. It’ll be the company’s first smartphone to offer next-gen cellular connectivity, which is known for its unprecedented download speed. Zhao also said that similar to other flagship smartphones, the V30 will feature a full 5G SA (standalone) and NSA (non-standalone) network. This means that the handset will support both 4G infrastructure, as well as the new infrastructure that is being set up for the next-generation mobile technology, to transmit 5G signals. No further details of the Honor V30 have been shared yet.
